Add a modified version of pkg/rbcs that allows several rbcs
fields to be read with independent frequencies.
The idea is for each i = 1 , ... , U/V/WnLEN
one can define a separate mask and relaxation file
and separate/independent periods.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
